Ways To Give
All gifts are vital to the future of St. Joseph School. We are a self-supporting tuition based Catholic elementary school that depends 100% on the support of our families, alumnae and friends. We accomplish our mission because we have been blessed with so many who lend their support, both prayerful and financial. While tuition covers the day-to-day operational expenses, all special projects and capital improvements rely entirely on financial gifts made through any of the options listed below. We are most grateful for this support and remain committed to developing generations of faithful life-long learners.
Development Annual Appeal
Funds from the Annual Appeal support projects not covered by tuition and fees and help the school to achieve its’ goal of improving the educational environment for our students. Each year we ask current SJU families to make a yearly pledge toward the Annual Appeal. All donors during the fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) to the Development Annual Appeal will be recognized in our annual summer/fall Developments newsletter.
Paving the Way SJU’s
“Paving the Way” – Commemorative Brick Terrace offers a wonderful opportunity to support our school while honoring or memorializing a graduate, family member, teacher, staff or friend. Bricks are available for purchase and are engraved with your personal tribute. Bricks are displayed in the front of the school office surrounding the flagpole planter. To fill out the form requesting your special brick which will help “pave the way” for future generations, click here!
This is an opportunity to set up regular giving or a one-time gift through the St. Joseph School website.
Many companies not only encourage their employees to give to nonprofits in their communities, but also will match those efforts with dollars. Employee Matching Gifts are donations an employer makes to match its’ employees’ charitable contributions. Usually the employee matching gifts are dollar-for-dollar, but some companies will give double or even triple the original donation.
Guidelines and amounts vary with each company. Contact your employer’s Human Resources representative to see if your company has a matching gift program. If your company does match funds, request and complete the paperwork and contact St Joseph School.
Would you consider making St. Joseph School a part of your legacy? Gift planning provides dynamic means to honor traditions and encourage our future. There are a number of different giving options, based on personal estate planning goals that will enable a donor to perpetuate the St. Joseph legacy. Consider naming St. Joseph School as a beneficiary in your life insurance, retirement plans, will or family trust. By making a provision for St. Joseph School in your estate plans, you will be honored as a member of the SJU Legacy Circle. If you are interested in learning more about gift planning to benefit St. Joseph School, please contact our school office at 909-920-5185 to speak to the school administration or via email at email@example.com.
If you would like to make a gift to St. Joseph School in an effort to support an initiative not highlighted here, please contact the school administration at 909-920- 5185 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We can put you in contact with a member of our Development committee.

St. Joseph School is dedicated to the mission of providing affordable Catholic education to the families in our surrounding communities. This is becoming a greater challenge, and more than ever, we need to work together.
Tuition and fundraising covers the cost of educating and supporting each St. Joseph student. Development funds maintain and improve our campus, provide cutting edge educational tools and resources for students and faculty and most importantly keeps tuition at an affordable level for all our students.
We can do so much more because of YOU and your generosity. The support of our families, alumnae, local businesses and friends are the lifeblood that keeps our school strong and vibrant. Every gift of every size makes a positive impact on the students today and in the future. To all who give, we say a very heartfelt thank you!
